Solar / Wind Energy – 46120
Full training system on hybrid power to study the use of wind turbines and solar panels in industrial markets. It is a modular program which covers history, fundamentals, installation, operation, maintenance and service of the alternative energy systems.
Thermal Solar Energy – 46121
Heating system of solar hot water that teaches students the basic principles of thermal energy, and how it can be collected, stored and supplied.
Small-scale Energy Production – 8010-7
A system that combines a modular design approach with data acquisition by computer to provide an unrivalled system in systems of small scale energy production (at home).
The blue boxes are the courses included in the training program of system 8010-7.
A solar panel of monocrystalline silicon with two independent photovoltaic modules that can be configured on a test bench (indoors exercise) and a tripod (outdoor exercises).
Generator/driver (three-phase permanent magnet synchronous) of a real small scale wind turbine. It includes three-phase rectifier diode and a set of three resistance elements of power to apply variable electric charge to generator.
A module of 2 12V lead-acid batteries to be configured in series or in parallel. A module of 4 lead-acid batteries are configured in series to get 48V CC with test points that allow to measure the tension delivered by each battery.
Geothermal Energy – 46126
A system designed to maximize the learning capabilities through the regrouping of all subsystems of geothermal energy installations: heat transfer, refrigeration, and air conditioning applied to geothermal heating projects.
Hydrogen Fuel Cell – 8010 – 8
The training system provides a realistic representation of the basic functions of a 50 W hydrogen fuel cell system.
